Lavender Rules!

I’ve said it once, and i’ll say it a thousand times; I LOVE lavender. Not only does it smell incredible, but it’s also healing and healthy for you. Lavender is a natural anti-inflammatory, so it helps with itchy skin and can be used to heal a dry scalp. Breathing in the calming scent also helps you sleep- it is actually that relaxing! The plant’s oils can be used on chapped or wind burned lips, too! So many great things about lavender... My favorite way to take advantage of some of these benefits is with a lovely little lavender bath bomb. This bomb is a fantastic addition to an already soothing bath; it’s like soaking in a large mug of herbal tea. By using only the plant’s essential oils, and staying away from anything fake, you can experience the finest and purest of aromatherapy benefits! Who wouldn’t want to do that?
